1

Which services do you offer?

How much does it cost?

$55/month per endpoint, setup and ongoing monitoring included. Phones cost less. Bulk licensee discounts available. Monthly billing, cancel anytime, no contracts — add or remove devices anytime.

2

I already have a relationship with an IT service provider. How do you collaborate with them?

3

FinCyber Australia’s CrowdStrike solution will complement the service delivered by your current IT service provider. The CrowdStrike software will replace your current antivirus endpoint protection software. Your current IT team can keep managing Microsoft 365, devices, patches, firewalls, and similar tasks. FinCyber Australia’s CrowdStrike solution will triage, detect and most importantly, respond to any cyber incident on your endpoints. If you already pay your IT team for cybersecurity, we can meet with you and them to explain the differences in service and cost.

Do I need additional IT support?

4

You don’t need a separate IT provider for us to work with you.

In some instances, yes! We can speak with your cyber insurance broker to see if FinCyber Australia’s reduced cyber risk can lower your premiums or improve your policy terms.

If we engage FinCyber Australia, will it reduce my cyber insurance premium?

5

How do you compare to Microsoft, Huntress and other Managed Detection and Response (MDR) competitors?

6

Check out ‘CrowdStrike vs. the competition’ on the CrowdStrike website https://www.crowdstrike.com/en-us/compare/

Can you help me adhere to the Australian Cyber Security Centre Essential Eight Maturity Model?

7

Yes! Reach out to us to learn more.

Do you provide cybersecurity education and ongoing training to our team?

8

Regular cybersecurity training for your team is important. FinCyber Australia runs occasional webinars, and our friends at The Cyber Collective offer ongoing team training, compliance audit support, and a business uplift program. They give strategy advice, while FinCyber Australia supplies product solutions.
